2. Investment Advisory Services

Fiduciary Status
Neptune Wealth is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. As a fiduciary, we are legally bound to act in your best interest and provide investment advice that serves your financial goals.

4. Fees and Compensation

Advisory Fees
- Fees are typically based on a percentage of assets under management
- Specific fee schedules are outlined in your Investment Advisory Agreement
- Fees are generally payable quarterly in advance
- You may incur separate custodian, brokerage, and transaction costs

Fee Billing
- You authorize the direct deduction of our fees from your account(s)
- An itemized fee invoice will be provided each billing period
- You may terminate our services with written notice
- Pre-paid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

5. SMS Communications

- We collect personal information solely to provide our services

- We do not sell your personal information to third parties

10. Intellectual Property Rights

19. Technical Requirements
